You can switch from square, to round, to oval, and back to square “on the fly,” all while the machine is running.
High-resolution servomotor and PLC controls for ultra-precise emblem rotation and movement during processing.
Completely pneumatic sequencing used for loading, thus ensuring exact transfer and positioning of the emblem from the hopper to the sewing head.
Automatic tail separation between emblems, built in to the MG3U sewing head ensuring simplicity and ease of maintenance.
Automatic machine stop and fault indicator in the event of a thread break or an empty hopper. If the machine stops, the attendant is alerted immediately.
Automatic emblem eject in the event of a misfeed, eliminating wasted thread, avoiding the risk of breaking needles due to a misfeed, and eliminating other risks to the sewing head.
120 Volt AC operating voltage for use wherever there is a common outlet.
Compact tabletop design, ensuring minimal space utilization on the customer’s factory floor and minimal cost of shipping.
Emblem shapes include rounds, ovals, rectangles, and squares.
Simplicity! The MG3U AEM was designed by machine operators to be run by machine operators. An average skill set in operating sewing machines is all that is necessary to run the MG3U AEM.
